How long is the warranty and what does it covers?

All our products come with 3-year on-site motor warranty. Warranty can be extended for another 2 years for $50.

Can I pay by instalment?

Yes, we provide instalment through both debit cards and credit cards with 0% interest rate over 3 months.

Which model should I choose?
Users should first consider the available installation space at the service yard and compare it with respective models. All models are suitable for most ceiling spaces. For households with limited space, please consider our Basic Mini model.

The next thing to consider is the functionality of the laundry system. We recommend users to choose our Advanced models which have all the functions you will need for an effortless experience.

Do you have on-site assessments?
Yes, we do. We also provide online assessments. Users can simply take photos of the intended installing location and send them to us for online assessments and professional advice.

Are there any other charges that I should take note of?
We will charge a small labour fees for the extra services if required:
1. Dismantlement of existing HDB rack is FOC. 
2. Extension of power point cables is chargeable at $20 within 2 meters. If the power point is more than 5 meters away or if extension requires drilling, there will be additional labour fees of $30-$50.
3. Our standard installation implies concrete ceiling below 2.8m and power source is within 1 meter. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We think in customers' shoes. We will try to ship out the next day once the order is confirmed with our customers. For shipping with installation service, please try to arrange at least 1 week in advance. 

Can I return my order if it is faulty?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. To be entitled with full refund, please send it to us within 30 days. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and the order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I postpone/cancel the installation of the laundry rack?
The cancellation of any installation must be made at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled installation time. Please message us to do so.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check and the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
